I'm Ben, and I first engaged with kambo in the Peruvian Amazon several years ago. It was tougher than expected, but this was before I understood the process and how it operates. After exploring the research and history behind it, I was intrigued. I went back to the Amazon, spent time in a tiny village, going on night hunts with the locals and connecting with the frog in its habitat, learning more about this custom, and seeing its use on grateful villagers.

As I continued on this path for myself, I realized I was in a unique position to share and guide others to this fascinating treasure from the jungle, and trained to become a practitioner with the IAKP 🐸 Since then, I have proudly been carrying and serving this tradition in Christchurch and elsewhere in New Zealand, and it brings me great joy to serve those who feel called to this unique experience.
